Returns and Cancellations Policy – Titan Dog Show Trolleys
We want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade Titan Dog Show Trolley. However, as many of our products are handmade or customised, our policy reflects this. Please read the details below carefully.
Standard (Non-Coloured / Non-Custom) Trolleys – Returns
If, for any reason, you decide that your Titan Dog Show Trolley is not suitable or does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in unused condition (with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact, and showing no signs of use).
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We reserve the right to retain any credit card or payment processing fees originally charged.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@juicypetproducts.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and any necessary return details.
Bright Anodizing (Coloured) Trolleys – Cancellations
If you have ordered a trolley with the optional bright anodizing (coloured finish) and wish to cancel your order:
- We will provide a full refund of the base trolley price, minus the cost of the anodizing process.
- The anodizing is carried out separately off-site, so this additional charge is non-refundable once the order has been placed and processing has begun.
Cancellations must be requested as soon as possible before production starts. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
Custom-Made Trolleys – No Returns or Cancellations
Custom-made Titan Dog Show Trolleys are built specifically to your individual requirements and specifications. For this reason, we are unable to offer returns, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once production has commenced.
This includes any trolley personalised with unique dimensions, features, engravings, or other bespoke modifications.
Important Notes
- Statutory Rights: Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under UK consumer law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015), such as the right to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty, misdescribed, or not-fit-for-purpose goods. These rights apply regardless of the policy above.
- Condition of Returns: Returned items must be in a resalable condition. We may deduct an amount from your refund if the item has been used, damaged, or is missing parts/packaging.
