if you decide for whatever reason that your handmade Titan Dog Show Trolley is not suitable for your needs or didn't live up to expectations you have 30 days to return the trolley in an unused condition, return charges are paid for by ourselves.

If you have ordered a Titan Dog Show Trolley and you have opted for the bright anodizing version (coloured Trolley) and you cancel the order we will give you a full efund minus the cost of the anodizing as this has to be done separately offsite.

if you have ordered a custom made trolley that is breed specific we are unable to offer any sort of return or cancellation option.
